Message from the PTG President:
Dear West Siders,

Welcome Back!! I am so excited to be a part of this amazing board and this wonderful community! We wish the new families an easy transition. The PTG board is looking forward to working with you all to make this an amazing year for our West Siders!
Our annual West Side Win Fundraiser is in full swing! Raffle tickets are $100 each and the cash prize winners will be announced at the cocktail party which will be held at the Acker residence on Oct. 16th @7pm. Invitations were sent via your child’s backpack and tickets will also be sold at Back to School Night.
With the support of our West Side families, the PTG provides many fun filled events, cultural arts programs and we are able to make special purchases for the school. We recently purchased the new board at the circle, the 3D printer and scanner, the monitor in the airplane wing and the beautiful picnic tables by the playground. This was all possible because of your continued support! Thank you!

Mark your calendars!!
Photo Day is Thursday, October 6th. There will be no order forms distributed. Photo proofs will be sent to families via email a few days after photo day. All orders will be placed online.

After-School Programs- Please submit your applications and checks for the after-school programs ASAP to Melissa Newman- 80 Wildwood Drive Laurel Hollow, NY 11791. The Due Date is September 22nd.

WEST SIDE WIN TICKETS ARE ON SALE NOW!
EACH RAFFLE TICKET COSTS ONLY $100. ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO WSS-PTG
Only 200 tickets will be sold for our annual fundraiser. All ticket holders are invited to attend the West SideWin Cocktail Party hosted by the Acker Family on Friday, October 1 @7pm. The party will have music, delicious food and of course great company! Winners of the raffle will be announced at the party. Please help support the PTG and all of the programs it brings to our children by supporting this event. Beverages will be provided, but donations are welcomed and appreciated. WSS Brief/Web Site – The WSS Brief will be published every two weeks. Please submit entries for inclusion no later than the Sunday evening of the week that the brief is due to be published. Thank you!
